Are you an experienced IT professional who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and keeping critical systems running smoothly?

We're looking for a 2nd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment where technology plays a key role in operational success.

What you'll be doing

• Providing 2nd line support across a wide range of infrastructure and desktop technologies
• Maintaining and enhancing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy environments
• Supporting virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs)
• Assisting with project delivery, system upgrades, and user training
• Ensuring compliance and best practices across IT systems

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a 2nd line support or infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365)
• Solid networking understanding
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Azure or AWS, PowerShell scripting, or familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
