Business Analyst Team Lead – Up to £65,000 | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | Staines-upon-Thames

Our client is hiring for a Business Analysis Team Lead with a passion for people management and process excellence.

You’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of BAs (Junior to Principal level)
• Drive career development, performance reviews, and recruitment
• Champion best practices in Agile, process design, and documentation
• Oversee discovery, scoping, and high-level project delivery
• Step in as Lead BA on strategic projects when needed
• Engage with senior stakeholders across technical and business teams
