- Drive Sales: From first contact to close, proactively promote our client’s solutions via phone, online meetings & email. 📞💻
- New & Existing Business: Identify decision‑makers, cross‑sell services, and secure new logos in Commercial, Corporate & Public sectors. 🤝
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel, update CRM diligently, and forecast accurately. 📈
- Customer Care: Respond to service desk tickets, follow up on marketing campaigns, and ensure every customer feels valued. 📝
