Integration & Solution Architect (London)

An exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services organisation in London as they enter a major period of modernisation and transformation .

Our client is looking for an experienced Integration & Solution Architect to help shape, design, and implement scalable software and integration solutions across the business. This is a key strategic hire—supporting the delivery of innovative, secure systems in a complex financial environment.

The Role:

• Lead architectural design, solution blueprints, and integration strategies
• Deliver modern integrations using cloud (Azure) , middleware , APIs , and microservices
• Guide the organisation through system enhancements and technology transformation
• Collaborate across internal teams (DevOps, engineering, business analysis, security)
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and mentor on integration best practices

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in financial services or banking (essential)
• 7+ years of relevant architecture and integration experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms , ideally Azure , and tools such as Software AG
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Location: Central London – 4 days onsite, 1 day from home

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + exceptional benefits
