Telecoms BSS Business Analyst - Hybrid, London Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Our client is looking for a talented Telecoms Business Analyst to join their growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major telecoms transformation programme, working on cutting-edge BSS platforms and delivering impactful business solutions.

The Role:

You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define, document, and deliver solutions across key BSS domains - including CRM, Billing, Product Catalogue, Order Management, and Service Fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Support solution design, configuration, and UAT.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process and system optimisation.

About You:

• Experienced Business Analyst or Consultant within the telecoms sector.
• Strong knowledge of BSS systems (CRM, Billing, Order Management, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cerillion or similar BSS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid - London-based

Up to £80,000 per annum
