Test Lead - FTC

Test Lead – Hybrid - FTC to 30/09/27

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Change Lead to join their team on a Fixed-Term-Contract for the next 18 months.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week on-site in Cambridge.

You will have overall responsibility for the creation and management of the test strategy, through to execution. You will have good experience with test management tools and will have previously led test projects covering Oracle Fusion.

Test Lead – Key Skills:

Experience of leading Oracle Fusion ERP Testing

Experience of using test management tools

Ability to develop and maintain their own knowledge in their field

Strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills

Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Highly proactive, persuasive, energetic and enthusiastic
