Proclinical is seeking an IT-OT Automation Engineer for an onsite role in Milton Keynes. This position focuses on supporting automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of IT and operational technology integration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain automation systems to ensure seamless operation within the manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT-OT systems.
- Implement and optimize automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure all systems adhere to regulatory and quality standards specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Conduct system upgrades, testing, and validation as required.
- Provide technical support and training to relevant stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Practical experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IT-OT integration and automation systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has relevant experience.
