We are seeking a highly driven sales professional with a strong background in the technology sector across the UK & Ireland market. This role requires a proactive Client Partner focused on expanding our business by actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities, generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and successfully closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be capable of independently driving revenue growth - from lead generation and qualification through to deal closure - while also providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales support. In addition, they will nurture and grow existing accounts to maximize long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the UK&I sales plan, including revenue targets, pipeline growth, and partner-sourced/influenced objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and successfully close opportunities to accelerate business growth.
- Lead sales cycles end-to-end - from qualification through negotiation to closure.
- Establish a strong governance cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal clinics to ensure predictable performance.
Experience Required
- Strong background in end to end sales within the technology sectors across the UK&I market.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex B2B sales cycles and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills and ownership of revenue targets.
- Revenue-driven mindset with a proactive hunter approach to new business development.
- Established CXO-level relationship management capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling and consultative sales methodologies.
- Experience selling large, long-term contracts (LTC)
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to independently generate, manage, and close opportunities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with delivery, finance, legal, and HR teams to drive successful outcomes.
