SC/eligible Technical Solution Architect
Responsibilities

• Manage/support/technical authority for customer MPN Delivery
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of MPN
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate Migration documentation
• Skill set and experience:
• Customer engagement and interaction skills
• Ability to generate quality documentation
• Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity, Mobile Connectivity Solutions
• Excellent knowledge of LAN & WIFI knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing
  

Requirements
SC Cleared or SC Eligible
UK location dependent- Suffolk/London area up to 3 times a week
Hybrid- Site is Suffolk 0-2 days per week varying, London up to 1 day a week
