Senior Product Manager – Growth & Monetisation

An opportunity to join a profitable, bootstrapped startup that has grown from a small seed investment into a multi-million ARR business with a lean, high-performing team.

The company operates a subscription-based AI product with strong product-market fit and is now entering its next phase of growth, doubling down on monetisation, retention and long-term customer value.

We are looking to hire their first Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy and help shape how the business scales. This is a role for someone who thrives in highly autonomous environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats and is excited by the challenge of turning a successful product into a durable, scalable business.

Role responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy with a clear focus on monetisation, retention and LTV growth

• identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across pricing, packaging and subscription models

• Deeply understand customer behaviour, drop-off points and engagement drivers

• Lead initiatives to improve activation, conversion and long-term retention

• Work closely with founders, engineering and design to ship quickly and iterate based on real user feedback

• Establish product processes, metrics and ways of working as the first PM in the business

• Use data, experimentation and customer insight to drive prioritisation and decision making

• Balance short-term growth wins with long-term product vision and sustainability

What they’re looking for:

• 4+ years in Product Management, ideally within high-growth startups or subscription/SaaS businesses

• Strong experience working on monetisation, growth, or retention problems

• Proven track record of improving key metrics such as conversion, churn, ARPU, or LTV

• Highly analytical with a strong instinct for product opportunities and trade-offs

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and minimal structure

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with founders

• Experience being an early or first PM is a strong plus
