Projects Lead - 1 Year Fixed Term

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 depending on experience

This is a 1 year fixed term post which may have an opportunity to extend.

What We Need

Productle are a consultancy which helps charities do better with their data. We have been steadily growing our team since 2021 and now seek a projects lead who will be specialist in helping our clients deliver their projects and programmes. We are looking for someone who has CRM project experience and is equally comfortable advising on a project governance structure as they are rolling up their sleeves to support a client through a large CRM selection and implementation project. Although this may change over time, the current work breakdown will be 70% project management for clients and 30% advisory/thought leadership for both clients and Productle.

About Productle

At Productle Ltd, we believe data should inspire, not intimidate—that’s why our mission is simple: Make Data Smile. We help charities, schools, and social enterprises unlock the full potential of their CRM systems, turning complex processes into smooth, supportive experiences. From system selection and implementation to ongoing management, data improvement projects, and tailored training, Productle provides practical expertise with warmth and energy. What sets us apart is our balance of technical know-how and genuine understanding of the not-for-profit world.

Our services are centred on supporting the lifecycle of CRM for charities – often fundraising. This includes support for system selection and adoption, including testing and change management. We ground this in “day-to-day” support: outsourced system management to help maintain or temporarily support CRMs, and projects to help with significant change such as supporting integrations, onboarding new departments or retiring older software.

Our team includes colleagues with experience as fundraisers, CRM analysts, application developers, building data analytics, running a social enterprise, and deploying software globally. We work in an environment of transparency, with a singular focus on our customers gaining improved performance and excellent customer service.
