Digital Project Manager
Digital / CRM Project Manager Location: London (hybrid) Approximately 3 days per week onsite initially Start: ASAP | Duration: 6 months | IR35: Outside Our client is looking for an experienced client-side Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new CRM (Pixl8) and digital membership platform. This role focuses on governance, commercial control and structured handover rather than technical build. You will ensure the programme is delivered within scope, cost and risk tolerances and transitions smoothly into support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full delivery plan from Discovery to warranty completion
- Validate Discovery outputs and functional specifications
- Oversee integrations and maintain cross-supplier dependency registers
- Lead UAT, formal sign-off and data migration planning
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and manage supplier performance against MSA, SoW and SLA
- Control change requests, manage risks and maintain issue logs
- Provide structured reporting to ExCo and Board
- Ensure smooth transition into BAU support
- 8+ years delivering CRM, membership platform or SaaS transformation programmes
- Strong client-side project management experience
- Experience working within MSA, SoW and SLA frameworks
- Commercially literate with experience managing fixed price and time-and-materials risk
- Comfortable operating at Board level
- Membership, education or not-for-profit experience – desirable
