IT Support Engineer

IT Support EngineerNewark  Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an IT Support Engineer to its internal IT team. This is a varied role offering a mix of helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work. You'll support users across multiple sites, helping to maintain and improve the systems the business relies on every day. Key responsibilities: - Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users- Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments- Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices- Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes- Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects- Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice What we're looking for: - Previous experience in an IT support role- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory- Experience with Intune and Azure- Good understanding of networking fundamentals- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle In return, you'll join a supportive team, gain exposure to a broad technology stack and have opportunities to develop your skills across infrastructure, cloud technologies and IT projects.
