Technical Sales Manager
Profectus are proud to be supporting a leading digital manufacturing software provider in the search for a Technical Sales Manager to drive their growth across Ireland. This is a consultative, field-based role focused on CAD/CAM and advanced manufacturing solutions, working with engineering and production customers. This role is open to applicants in Northern and Republic of Ireland.
The client is open to candidates from manufacturing or closely aligned technical sectors, the key requirement is proven success in technical B2B sales and a solutions-led approach.
The Role
- Manage and grow a territory through a mix of new business and account development
- Sell high-value technical software solutions into engineering/manufacturing environments
- Run customer meetings, demonstrations and technical presentations
- Identify workflow challenges and position tailored digital manufacturing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity
About You
- Experience in technical B2B sales (manufacturing, engineering, industrial tech, software, or similar)
- Comfortable selling complex or technical solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with a consultative mindset
- Full driving license and happy with regular travel across Ireland
