The Opportunity

Profectus have partnered with an established, high-growth business in Eastbourne looking for a Software Developer who is eager to expand their technical repertoire. Whether your background is in PHP, .NET or similar languages. They offer a structured environment where you’ll be mentored by senior talent and given the autonomy to grow into a lead role.

Your Impact

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain high-traffic e-commerce features using a mix of front-end and back-end tech.
• Skill Expansion: Receive dedicated training to master Adobe ColdFusion (adding a unique, high-value skill to your toolkit).
• Architecture: Move beyond tickets; you’ll help plan and map the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Quality: Champion clean, scalable code within a collaborative, close-knit engineering team.

What You’ll Need

• Proven commercial experience in web development (PHP, .NET, or similar).
• A strong grasp of front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS)
• Minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience within the UK
• A "growth mindset"- you’re excited to learn new languages and methodologies.
• Full Right to Work in the UK and ability to commute to our Eastbourne office.
