Junior Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by analysing and interpreting complex datasets. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in data analysis and contribute to various projects within the organisation.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Build, manage and maintain group-wide Power BI reports
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and support decision making
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Work with multiple teams to identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain technical automations to increase practice efficiency
• Liaise with third-party providers to understand new releases, provide updates and access required data
• Document functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communicate new internal and external technology releases and manage stakeholders’ expectations
• Provide training on data solutions and processes
• Maintain security, confidentiality, and integrity of sensitive information across the group
• Act as group technical & IT lead
