This company is a Workflow & AI Orchestration Specialist. They're on a mission to modernise how public sector organisations manage casework, derive insight from data and deliver citizen services. They’re growing fast and looking for bright, dynamic people to help build their business.

Role

They’re looking for a Business Analyst to join their growing team. You’ll support the delivery of client engagements — understanding business needs, mapping & modelling processes, evaluating technology choices – including agentic AI capabilities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to the agentic AI and orchestration market whilst using these technologies to transform public services. The role involves visiting client sites; the company will cover travel expenses. Frequency is uncertain but candidates should be comfortable with that being 2-3 days per week. Client sites could be anywhere but will most likely be in & around London.

Responsibilities

Support discovery activities with clients, including workshops, interviews, and document reviews

Capture and structure business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Map and model business workflows using modelling software and BPMN

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement or automation

Support the development of capability demonstrators

Support the testing and validation of solutions during delivery phases

Maintain clear documentation and version control for deliverables

Participate in internal knowledge-sharing, research, and proposition development activities

Support client facing business development activity

Essential

Experience of process mapping / modelling, preferably using BPMN

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment

Competence with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Interest in digital transformation, case management, and the public sector

Must be eligible and prepared to go through SC Security Clearance

Desirable

Exposure to business analysis, consulting, or technology delivery (internship or project work)

Understanding of process mapping tools and BPMN

Awareness of Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Familiarity with workflow / orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda, Pega, Appian)

Familiarity with different agentic AI capabilities

Experience working in or with the UK public sector

Holds UK security clearance (SC, DV, eDV)
