Role
They’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and grow their marketing function across their brand and its connected tech ventures. This strategic leadership role blends creative campaign development, technical marketing execution, and market-driven growth strategies with a deep understanding of technology, B2B services, and digital product marketing. Their ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving tech environment, can build and run campaigns end-to-end, and is comfortable working across both strategic planning and practical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and own the marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals, sales objectives, and product launches. Set KPIs and success metrics to measure performance and impact across all marketing channels. Lead cross-functional planning with Product, Sales, Operations and Consultancy teams.
Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, build, launch and optimise integrated campaigns including digital advertising, email, content, SEO, social and events to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. Manage budgets and channel allocation to deliver measurable ROI.
Brand & Content: Evolve their brand positioning and voice across web, social and industry channels.
Oversee content strategy covering thought leadership, case studies, blogs, webinars, and technical collateral.
Performance Marketing: Lead performance optimisation across SEO, PPC, analytics and conversion paths. Implement marketing automation and CRM workflows that support lifecycle marketing and pipeline growth.
Team & Partner Leadership: Build, coach and mentor the internal marketing team and external agencies/consultants.Create scalable processes for campaign planning, reporting and execution across multiple initiatives.
Essential
Proven experience in a senior marketing role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Head of Digital) with strategic and hands-on delivery responsibility.
Solid understanding of tech markets, digital products, B2B services or SaaS — ideally with experience marketing complex solutions to technical buyers.
Demonstrable success in planning and driving multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, paid, content, email, social) that deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
Desirable
Experience in the software / product-led growth environment, working with tech founders or CTOs.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot etc.), CRM systems, and performance analytics tools.
Experience with managing external agencies and technology partners.
