• Salary to £56k (with double OTE based upon achieving ROAS performance metrics)
• Role based remotely with option to work from Dubai offices if you want.

NB: the role is permanent in nature but due to the business being based outside the UK remuneration is made via receipt & payment of monthly invoice, in this case £4671 per month (=£56k/$75k per annum). Monthly invoice has potential to be doubled based upon achieving ROAS performance metrics.

What it is all about

This role is to take full ownership of an established eCommerce site (specialising in health/wellness/therapy).They are looking for someone who can come in and take it to the next level. This is a strategic and executional role for someone who can do it all: develop winning product offers, design and build on Shopify, and create clear, commercial marketing strategies that plug into their media team. They’re looking for someone who gets how to blend product, psychology, and marketing into an online experience that converts - and who can move quickly from idea to execution.

The kind of person they’re looking for

Full Shopify command - design, build, optimise, relaunch

Strong conversion & offer psychology - knows what makes people buy and how to frame it

Ability to create product bundles, upsells, subscriptions and build full offer stacks

Proven CRO and UX instincts - understands AOV, CVR, LTV and how to increase them

Can brief media teams clearly with campaign packs (hooks, angles, audiences, copy)

Comfortable working with tools like Triple Whale, Klaviyo, GA4, and survey data

Has a track record of driving eCommerce revenue - ideally in the personal development, health, or wellness space

Key goals for your first 90 days

Audit and rebuild the current store to better reflect their product range and brand

Launch high-converting product pages, bundles and funnels

Create a shop-wide offer and content strategy

Integrate with media team for paid campaign launches
