Customer Support Analyst - full-time & part-time available

Our client is seeking an individual who can come in and hit the ground running and who has an excellent phone manner and good IT skills and wants to provide the customer with an accurate, professional and friendly service.
Full-time or flexible part-time hours to suit - £14 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries in a friendly and timely manner
- Raising invoices and credit control
- Occasionally perform short online demonstrations of software
- Diagnose and resolve any product/delivery-related issues
- Liaise with field-based engineers/suppliers
- Supporting customers with managing and using the software provided to them
- Advise new customers on which product/service would be best suited to them
- Flexibility required to take sales calls and process orders
Skills required
- Previous customer service experience
- Medium-level I.T skills
- Ability to analyse and problem solve
- Able to keep calm and professional when under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Able to develop positive relationships with customers
