Senior Sales Manager - UK, Benelux & Nordics

A global technology company offering secure enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms. With a strong partner ecosystem, they help organizations connect people, systems, and tools while supporting modern work environments. They are expanding their regional presence and seeking a senior sales manager to drive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across key accounts and verticals (covering UK, Benelux & Nordics region)
  • Own and achieve sales targets through direct and channel sales, managing the full sales cycle
  • Acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts via upsell and cross-sell
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and planning
  • Strengthen partnerships to drive joint go-to-market and revenue initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competition to refine pricing and positioning strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate deal closures and remove blockers
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform business and product strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including regional leadership
  • Proven track record in direct and channel sales within tech/SaaS environments
  • Strong experience managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
  • Excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Highly adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred:

  • Experience with collaboration/messaging platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or related industries
