Key Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager:

  • Product Roadmaps: Develop and execute detailed NPI & NPD roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. Be the visionary behind our product journey.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional innovation projects that push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life.
  • P&L Support: Drive profitability through strategic financial planning and cost management. Monitor and manage P&L to ensure financial health.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Margin Analysis: Conduct detailed margin analyses to forecast trends and adjust strategies using data-driven insights.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Scoping and pitching business cases
    • Managing NPD and CAPEX investments
    • Supporting commercial management for growth and profitability
    • Operational planning
    • Market and competitor analysis

      Qualifications & Experience For Senior Product Manager Role:

      • Degree in Engineering or Business Management
      • Proven Product Management experience with physical engineered/ manufactured or assembled products
      • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
      • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
      • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
      • Proactive and innovative mindset
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
      • High competency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
      • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
