Health and Safety Site Manager

Our client, a leader in the confectionary manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Site Manager to join their team on a contract basis from September 2025 to January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an onsite role, ensuring safety and compliance within a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Skills and Expertise

• CDM Regulations: A strong understanding of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations is essential to maintaining compliance and driving best practices on site.
• Health and Safety Management: A proven track record of fostering a culture of safety and implementing effective health and safety procedures.
• SMSTS Certification: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification is a vital requirement for ensuring project oversight with a focus on safety.
• First Aid Skills: Proficiency in first aid is key to responding effectively to onsite emergencies.
• NEBOSH Certification: A formal NEBOSH qualification would be required for this position.
• Polish Speaking: Fluency in Polish for seamless communication and collaboration with onsite teams and stakeholders.
