We're recruiting for a Civil Estimator to join a respected civils contractor on a contract basis, working on major infrastructure projects in Nottinghamshire. This is a site-based role, offering hands-on involvement with the client and project teams during a critical phase of tendering and delivery.

The initial contract is for 3 months, with the potential to extend depending on the outcome of the tender process. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit accurate cost estimates for civil engineering works.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and client representatives.
• Use Causeway software to produce and manage estimates.
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Contribute to bid strategy and tender submissions. Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced Civil Estimator with a background in infrastructure or civils.
  • Proficient in Causeway estimating software.
  • Strong foundation in civil engineering, ideally with site or project delivery experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work independently on client site. What's on Offer:
