Senior Site Manager - Solar Farm

A global client are looking for a Senior Site Manager for a large-scale ground mount solar farm in Dover.

For this role, you will need previous experience of working on a large ground mount solar farm and have the following qualifications:

- SMSTS

- First Aid

- Minimum Gold CSCS card

This position is a contract role lasting around 12 months. For more information on the day rate, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met
• Manage on-site teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and report on progress

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management on solar farm projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of HSE regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
  • SMSTS, First Aid & minimum Gold CSCS Card
