Account Manager – Managed Services / Cyber / Cloud
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider expanding across the UK—and they’re hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-potential, “white-space” customers.
This is a growth-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Leading QBRs, service reviews, and account planning
• Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across cyber, cloud & connectivity
• Driving adoption of solutions (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
• Managing renewals, contracts, and commercials
• Working closely with Pre-Sales and technical teams to win business
What they’re looking for:
• ~3+ years in account management (MSP, cyber, or IT services)
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of account growth
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach
• Good understanding of modern IT environments
