🚀 Role: Co-Founder / Full-Stack Engineer (Contract, £20-30k + Equity%)

Location: UK / Remote-first

I’m looking for a seriously ambitious engineer to build something from the ground up.

What you’ll get

• You’ll work 1:1 with someone from the McKinsey / strategy consulting world, who’s spent years inside large, complex organisations and knows exactly how broken “project management” is.

• Project management, productivity, consulting, PMOs, workflow tools – it’s a huge, messy space ripe for disruption. We’re not building a feature. We’re going after the operating system for projects.

🤝 Real commercial access, not “build it and hope”

• I already have strong contacts into large companies who are potential buyers and design partners. Your code won’t sit in a demo deck – it’ll be in front of real decision makers.

📈 Skin in the game – equity upside

• Base contract rate is £20-30k annually, with the opportunity to take equity in the business as we hit milestones. I want someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee.

🎓 A brutal, real-world apprenticeship in startups

• No corporate fluff. You’ll see fundraising, product strategy, customer conversations, and go-to-market – not just tickets in Jira.

Who this is for

I don’t care where you studied, or if you did. I care about:

• 💻 You can ship – ideally full-stack (front-end + back-end) and comfortable playing with APIs / AI models.
• 🧪 You love building fast, iterating faster, and shipping ugly v1s that get better with feedback.
• 🧠 You’re a bit of a cracked engineer – obsessed with how things work, tinkering nights/weekends, shipping side projects for fun.
• 📚 You learn insanely fast. If you don’t know something today, you’ll have a working prototype by the weekend.
• 💥 You’re ambitious – you want your work to matter, not just “get experience”.

This will suit you if you’re early in your career, hungry, and want to compress 5 years of learning into 1.

What you’ll actually do

• Work with me to turn ideas and workflows into real product – from Figma-ish sketches to production.
• Build scrappy but solid MVPs: integrations, dashboards, automations, agents.
• Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, tooling around email/calendars/docs.
• Help shape the product: UX, features, trade-offs – your opinion will genuinely matter.

What this is not

• This is not a comfy grad scheme.
• This is not a role where you wait for a manager to tell you what to do.
• This is not for people who want work/life “balance” more than they want growth.
