We’re looking for a Content Marketing & Social Media Manager to take ownership of LinkedIn and organic social as a true growth engine for a fast-evolving B2B business at the forefront of UK digital infrastructure.

This is a brand-new role with real scope to define, build and scale how content and social drive awareness, credibility and demand. You’ll join at an exciting time—significant investment is being made across marketing and new business initiatives, and you’ll play a central role in bringing that story to life.

Reporting into a recently appointed Head of Marketing, you’ll be part of a growing, ambitious team with the backing to test, learn and make an impact quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve the LinkedIn and organic social strategy to drive:
  • Brand visibility & credibility
  • Thought leadership
  • Category education
  • Campaign and proposition awareness
  • Build and run an always-on content engine:
  • Define publishing cadence, formats and series
  • Amplify campaigns, events and key initiatives
  • Drive community engagement and conversation
  • Create high-impact, scroll-stopping content:
  • Strong hooks, clear narratives and compelling CTAs
  • Work closely with creative teams for standout assets
  • Act as the voice of the brand (and its leaders):
  • Support CEO/SLT with content and LinkedIn presence
  • Shape tone, voice and storytelling standards
  • Collaborate across teams:
  • Align with Brand, Corporate Comms and leadership
  • Tell stories across culture, talent and innovation
  • Measure what matters:
  • Track engagement, audience quality and performance
  • Continuously optimise content based on real results

  • Content performance metrics and optimisation
