Data Quality Analyst

As a Data Quality Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining data quality processes, delivering insights to the business, and driving improvements in line with our data strategy. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll help embed best practice in data governance and support our high profile clients with clear, actionable information.

This is working for one of our high profile clients on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with 3 day hybrid working each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated data quality reports and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and support remediation plans where needed.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support the enforcement of data governance policies and standards across the business.
• Build strong relationships with high profile clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in data quality.

Experience needed:

• Experience with BI tools and best practice.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with metadata management, data quality, and stewardship tools.
• Experience with data catalogues, reporting, and data quality technologies (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) technology, processes, and design principles.

Desirable:

• Proven track record of operating data governance programmes.
• Hands-on experience in operational and change management.
