MBNL’s Technology Enhancement Team leads the evolution of the systems and capabilities that keep our networks performing at their best. As Delivery Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that technology improvements land effectively, integrate smoothly, and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.

This role goes beyond programme management. It’s about enabling operational excellence, supporting transformation, and strengthening the technology foundations that power our future network services.

Responsibilities of the Delivery Manager – Technology Enhancement include:

You’ll lead end‐to‐end delivery of technology enhancement programmes, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple suppliers and internal teams.

Programme Delivery Leadership

  • Manage enhancements across all programme increments from 2026 onwards
  • Own milestones, critical paths and RAID, ensuring delivery to time and quality

Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee the Enhance programme to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Identify risks early and drive effective mitigation

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Lead governance forums across suppliers and customer groups
  • Build strong, trusted relationships to maintain alignment and commitment

Continuous Improvement

  • Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
  • Use market insights to shape future programme improvements

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Champion MBNL values and collaborative working
  • Support and guide virtual teams to deliver high‐performance outcomes

The successful Delivery Manager – Technology Enhancement will have:

  • Proven experience delivering programmes in technology, digital or transformation environments
  • Strong track record of enabling software and technology change with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management across complex, multi‐party environments
  • Expertise in governance frameworks and programme delivery models
  • Experience leading large‐scale programmes with clear, demonstrable impact

Desirable:

  • Professional qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)
  • Awareness of industry trends and digital transformation best practice
