We’re looking for someone with strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for digital transformation to support high-quality design outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide design standards, keep up with the latest advancements, and provide technical support to delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and articulate solutions effectively.
• Contribute to cutting-edge innovations, including drone and 3D scanning technology, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in telecom design.
• Work closely with Design Assurance to identify risks, provide solutions, and ensure seamless project execution.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Solid telecom industry knowledge with an understanding of design processes and mobile network operator guidance.
• 5+ years of experience in telecoms engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft products.
• Excellent communication & organizational skills to manage stakeholder expectations and project workflows.
• A proactive mindset, adaptable to industry changes and new technologies.
