D365 F&O RSAT - Test Manager
Contract- 3 Months rolling

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Public and Defence Sector currently looking to hire a D365 F&O Test Manager for ongoing project for a Fashion Retail end client.

Must have RSAT (Regression suite automation tool) for Dynamics 365 or equivalent such as LeapWork or AccelQ

Responsibilities:

• Owning the testing roadmap, ensuring ongoing and regression requirements are planned.
• Interviewing and selection of Test Analysts
• Working with team to ensure test plans are in place for the elements of integration, non-functional testing and UAT testing.
• Oversee functional, non-functional and automation testing teams planning and assuring delivery.
• Design and execute a wide range of testing techniques and communicate test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design automation testing plan for regression and ongoing operational testing
• Identify defects, alert the business to them, and help to prioritise them based on defect severity.
• Oversee the execution of non-functional test scenarios and identify defects.
• Understand impacts on other functional areas - liaise with other SME's.
• Work with third parties and Business Leads to support the implementation of testing tools and processes.
• Work closely with all areas of the business to drive efficiencies and create innovative new solutions and enhancements.
• Responsible for mainly automation testing but also BAU testing once the programme is live.
• Oversee testing of ongoing releases
• May be required to travel for workshops to south of England every 6 to 8 weeks, with advanced notice provided.

Key Skills Required

• RSAT for Dynamics 365 or equivalent such as LeapWork or AccelQ
• Azure DevOps Test Management (Test Suites, Test Plans, Test Cases)
• Test management experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Supply Chain Management)
• Test management experience with integrations (e.g. Azure API Management), Postman/Swagger
• Demonstrable experience in defining test strategies and plans and mobilising and co-ordinating appropriate test resources - including subject matter experts and end-users.
• Experience in engaging business and technical stakeholders, have strong communications skills and ability to explain technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willing to be hands on and lean in and produce test cases.
• Familiarity with performance loading (JMeter/Load Runner) or Accessibility Testing (Axe) would be advantageous.
