We’re hiring a Planning & Reporting Lead — a pivotal role shaping how we plan, measure, and optimise MBNL’s Inspect & Maintain operating model.

What you’ll own

• The planning cadence and performance MI that underpin our maintenance strategy
• Trusted reporting, KPI validation, SLA governance, and supplier performance insight
• Predictive analytics to reduce reactive work, optimise cost, and improve network resilience
• Continuous improvement across quality, cost, and operational performance

What you’ll deliver

• Clear insight on maintenance plan adherence, risks, and emerging trends
• Data‐driven recommendations that improve supplier delivery and operational outcomes
• Automated dashboards, data quality controls, and a robust metric library
• Transparent SLA validation and fair KPI attribution across multiple suppliers
• Insight that feeds short‐, medium‐ and long‐term asset management planning

What you’ll bring

• Strong telecoms operations or maintenance background
• Expertise in performance MI/analytics, SLA frameworks, and supplier governance
• Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau, Excel/PowerQuery; SQL a bonus
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive supplier performance
• Experience in customer‐facing or managed‐service environments
