Product Solution Manager - Mandarin Speaking (Reading)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Product Solution Manager to support solution design, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration for data communication products.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end solution design for company's data communication products, including high-level design (HLD) documentation;
• Use SCT (Solution Configuration Tool) to generate configuration solutions and support project bidding and delivery activities;
• Analyse industry trends and perform competitive benchmarking across mainstream network products and vendors;
• Support sales and pre-sales teams with technical presentations, solution clarification, and customer engagement;
• Collaborate with R&D, delivery, and technical service teams to ensure smooth solution implementation in projects.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the data communication products, such as S series switches, wireless APs, Wi-Fi 7, CloudEngine switches, and AR routers;
• Proficient in using SCT (Solution Configuration Tool) for solution configuration and validation;
• Capable of independently producing High-Level Design (HLD) documents and architecture planning;
• Familiar with mainstream competitors’ solutions (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, H3C), with strong comparative analysis skills;
• Holder of HCIP or CCIP (or higher-level certifications) in network-related domains would be better.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, a strong team player with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
