We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of projects that improve processes, services, and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure strong governance, reporting, and project controls.
• Drive business adoption and successful change outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience delivering business change projects.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• PRINCE2, APMP, or equivalent project management qualification.

Desirable

• Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, or similar operational environments.
• Exposure to transformation, training, or organisational change programmes.
