Senior Devices Manager

As Senior Devices Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the mobile and broadband technology experience for millions of customers. With a deep understanding of smartphone, broadband, and ecosystem trends, you'll drive product portfolio, vendor strategy, and go-to-market execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and evolve the full hardware product strategy across mobile devices, tablets, broadband, IoT, and more for both consumer and business segments.
  • Lead vendor roadmap alignment, go-to-market planning, and end-to-end lifecycle management for new products.
  • Work cross-functionally with trading, insights, commercial performance, planning, supply chain, technical, and channel teams to bring new devices to market smoothly and strategically.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, manage vendor relationships, and determine cost price lists in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Use insights, segmentation, and trends to drive smart portfolio decisions and unlock incremental commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the Ireland business in global strategy discussions, collaborating with major global brands and product partners.
  • Act as a strategic voice in category decisions, owning the communication of key developments to internal stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • Stay ahead of evolving EU and local regulations, ensuring compliance across portfolios.
  • Analyse technical and customer requirements to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to drive impactful product launches across all customer touchpoints.
