We’re looking for a senior service leader to take ownership of enterprise IT service delivery through complex outsourced partnerships. This is not a hands-on delivery role — it’s a strategic position focused on holding third-party suppliers to account, driving performance, and ensuring commercial value.
You’ll operate at a senior level across business and technology, managing key supplier relationships, interpreting contracts, and ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed outcomes, SLAs, and commercial expectations.
What you’ll do:
Lead strategic management of managed service providers and outsourced partners
Own supplier performance, governance, and service accountability
Interpret and manage contracts, SLAs, and commercial frameworks
Drive service performance, risk visibility, and escalation at a senior level
Lead service improvement and support contract optimisation/renewals
Ensure enterprise services are secure, resilient, and aligned to business priorities
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience managing third-party IT suppliers in a complex environment
Proven ability to operate at a senior, strategic level (not just operational delivery)
Solid understanding of contracts, commercials, and supplier governance
Excellent stakeholder influence across business and technology
ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) or equivalent experience
OSS
Mobile Telecoms experience - nice to have
