Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst include

• Bridge business needs and technical solutions across cloud, data integration, and systems change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and suppliers to craft scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Own end-to-end design documentation, service models, and governance presentations.
• Ensure risk-assessed, secure, and standards-compliant delivery aligned with IT strategy.

The successful Technical Business Analyst will have:

• Proven experience translating requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Comfortable engaging with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Strong grasp of integration technologies including REST API, Azure API Management, and Power Platform.
• Skilled in stakeholder comms, impact analysis, and presenting to governance forums.
