MBNL is transforming into a leading Infrastructure Management company and is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a key strategic change programme. This role will drive enterprise-wide transformation, including operating model design, organisational redesign, business process change, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex transformation programmes aligned to strategic objectives and sponsor expectations.
  • Lead operating model design, organisational redesign, and business process transformation.
  • Establish programme governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure business readiness for change.
  • Develop business cases, transformation strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Manage programme budgets, forecasting, reporting, and benefits realisation.
  • Act as the day-to-day representative of the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), driving governance and stakeholder communication.
  • Promote programme management best practice and continuous improvement across MBNL.

Required Experience:

  • Proven success delivering large-scale business transformation and enterprise change programmes.
  • Strong experience in operating model design and organisational redesign.
  • Excellent programme leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organisational environments.

Desirable:

  • Telecommunications experience.
  • Joint Venture (JV) experience.
