Pay Rate: £12.50 £14.00 per hour (DOE)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a fast-paced telecommunications business based in Magor. This role will support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations across both domestic and international activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and control of spare parts and shipments, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer service. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise with customers, internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support spare parts and stock management, including monitoring stock levels and movements
- Prepare, check, and manage logistics and shipping documentation
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service providers
- Manage shared logistics inboxes and respond to queries efficiently
- Track performance against SLAs and KPIs and assist with reporting
- Raise and manage purchase orders related to logistics activities
- Support asset, PPE, and tooling control in line with operational needs
What We re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience (logistics or telecoms desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general systems
