Role Overview

An opportunity for a customer-focused IT & Network Engineer to support a range of IT, network, and communication systems across office and client environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure issues
Install and maintain IT and network systems
Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality service
Work to deadlines and manage service requests
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Travel to sites as required

Essential Requirements

Strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge
Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and customer service ability
Proactive and adaptable approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence

Desirable Skills

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, or Oracle
Knowledge of cabling (Cat5/6, fibre), storage, and break-fix services
Understanding of SIP and tools like Wireshark
Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+
