Marketing Executive (Events & Campaigns)

We are seeking a Marketing Executive (Events & Campaigns) to support the execution of marketing activity across events, partner go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and integrated campaigns for the UK practice of a Global IT Services firm. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on delivering high-quality events while supporting broader marketing efforts across digital channels, content and paid media.

You will work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams and partners to deliver activity that contributes directly to pipeline generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Onsite Delivery

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of executive events, partner events, trade shows, webinars and conferences
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, logistics, registrations and attendee communications
  • Provide onsite support including setup, branding, delegate management and speaker coordination
  • Ensure smooth delivery of events including issue resolution and stakeholder support
  • Support pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and pipeline impact

Campaign & Partner GTM Support

  • Execute partner go-to-market initiatives and practice-level campaigns
  • Support delivery across email, website, social media and paid channels
  • Assist with LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns including copy, targeting and optimisation
  • Coordinate campaign execution with sales teams and offshore marketing colleagues
  • Support list management, segmentation and campaign tracking

Content & Digital Execution

  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns and social media
  • Support website updates and CMS publishing
  • Coordinate development of collateral including case studies, presentations and brochures
  • Support thought leadership initiatives such as podcasts, video content and customer stories
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Use HubSpot for campaign execution, reporting, contact management and tracking
  • Maintain campaign hygiene including lists, UTMs, forms and dashboards
  • Support targeting and prospecting using tools such as Cognism
  • Track and report on performance across campaigns, events and channels
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, content and campaign execution

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, partners and offshore colleagues
  • Manage multiple priorities across events, campaigns and content delivery
  • Support broader UK marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects as required

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Strong event coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting ability
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, web and social
  • Experience with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset

Desirable

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS or professional services
  • Exposure to executive events, roundtables or trade shows
  • Experience supporting content such as podcasts, video or thought leadership
  • Familiarity with GA4, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with partner marketing or MDF-backed campaigns

Working Pattern

This role aligns to UK business hours, with flexibility required for event days and webinars. Hybrid working is supported, with a mix of office (3 days) and remote work between our offices in Farringdon and Borehamwood, to suit.
