Account Executive - ConTech

We're working with a growing international technology business in the construction and infrastructure sector. They are looking to expand their Sales team and drive growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, pipeline management, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Project Directors)
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored presentations and demos
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals and drive them to close
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM tools
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform sales strategy

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong consultative sales skills and experience negotiating 5–6 figure contracts
  • Willingness and ability to work US hours (Eastern, Central, or Pacific)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Having ConTech sales experience is beneficial
