Account Executive – High-Growth MarTech Platform
London | Hybrid | c.£60k base + uncapped commission
We're currently partnering with a fast-scaling, venture-backed MarTech business that’s transforming how enterprise brands manage and scale digital creator partnerships.
Following strong early traction, they’re hiring an Account Executive to join at a pivotal growth stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to help shape the go-to-market strategy of an innovative SaaS platform.
This is not a “step into a machine” AE role - it’s an opportunity to join early, work closely with senior leadership, and have a genuine impact on how the sales function evolves.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from discovery through to close, while also playing an active role in generating pipeline through strategic outbound, partnerships, and events.
The split is roughly:
- 70% closing inbound / qualified opportunities
- 30% building pipeline through outbound initiatives
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach through to close
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior marketing stakeholders
- Position the platform as a strategic solution to enterprise marketing challenges
- Manage pipeline across inbound, SDR-generated, and self-sourced opportunities
- Generate opportunities via events, partnerships, networking, and outbound outreach
- Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, partnerships, and leadership teams
- Feed market insight back into the wider business to influence growth strategy
- Contribute to the development of the commercial function as the business scales
What They’re Looking For
They’re looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.
You’ll likely bring:
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or consultative B2B sales
- Confidence managing a structured sales process and closing deals
- Strong pipeline ownership and commercial accountability
- The ability to engage and influence senior marketing decision-makers
- A self-starting mentality with the drive to create opportunities independently
- Energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-moving environments
Especially Relevant If You Have
- Experience selling into marketing, brand, or digital teams
- Exposure to creator economy, influencer marketing, media, or digital campaign solutions
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth SaaS environment
- A genuine interest in the MarTech ecosystem
