Account Executive

With strong momentum across the UK and international markets, they’re now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand their presence within the hotel industry.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of new business acquisition across the UK hotel market, targeting independent operators, regional groups, and multi-site brands. This is a consultative sales role suited to someone who understands hospitality operations and enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders.

Working closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, winning new logos, and helping shape market strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Building and developing a strong pipeline within the UK hotel sector
  • Engaging with HR, Operations, and People leaders across hospitality groups
  • Delivering insight-led demonstrations focused on operational and workforce challenges
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Collaborating internally to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality or hotel sector
  • Track record of generating new business and exceeding targets
  • Confident managing complex stakeholder environments
  • Commercially driven with strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively
