Circa £70,000 Base + Double OTE + Accelerators

We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a growing SaaS business selling into the UK public sector. This role is ideal for a true new business hunter who enjoys building pipeline, opening new logos, and closing strategic deals in complex environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business sales within UK public sector organisations
  • Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders in government and regulated environments
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans
  • Generating your own pipeline alongside marketing-generated leads
  • Running structured sales processes using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
  • Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys new business sales.
  • Proven success in a net new SaaS sales role
  • Experience selling into public sector or highly regulated industries
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles
  • Structured approach to sales (MEDDPICC or similar)
