Circa £70,000 Base + Double OTE + Accelerators
We’re hiring an Account Executive to join a growing SaaS business selling into the UK public sector. This role is ideal for a true new business hunter who enjoys building pipeline, opening new logos, and closing strategic deals in complex environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business sales within UK public sector organisations
- Managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders in government and regulated environments
- Developing and executing strategic account plans
- Generating your own pipeline alongside marketing-generated leads
- Running structured sales processes using frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Collaborating with marketing, customer success, and product teams
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys new business sales.
- Proven success in a net new SaaS sales role
- Experience selling into public sector or highly regulated industries
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles
- Structured approach to sales (MEDDPICC or similar)
