With over circa £5m ARR, the business has recently secured private investment to accelerate growth across sales, marketing, and product.
Their platform replaces outdated manual processes with a mobile-first solution covering workforce management, compliance, time & attendance, and real-time reporting—helping contractors reduce risk, save time, and improve margins.
Already widely adopted across the UK, the business is now entering its next phase of growth, particularly in the SMB contractor space (£5m–£20m turnover).
The Role
This is a high-velocity SMB Account Executive role focused on converting driving outbound actively to new logos.
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from qualification through to demo and close—selling directly to business owners and senior decision-makers.
You’ll be targeting specialist contractors with 20–200 employees, helping them modernise how they manage their workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → close
- Generate pipeline through targeted outbound activity
- Sell consultatively to owners, directors, and operational leaders
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline with strong CRM discipline
- Consistently hit/exceed a monthly ARR target
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3+ years in SaaS sales (SDR stepping up or current AE)
- Experience running demos and closing deals (or ready to step into it)
- High energy, resilience, and a genuine hunter mentality
- Strong communication skills—comfortable selling to business owners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Process-driven with excellent pipeline management
