We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS company seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Support client onboarding and product adoption
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous
