We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS company seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working within a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support client onboarding and product adoption
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous
