UK Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS)

This role sits within an early-stage SaaS business operating in the marketing compliance space, supporting highly regulated UK and international industries including financial services, fintech, legal, and pharmaceuticals. The platform enables organisations to manage regulatory risk, streamline approval workflows, and ensure compliant customer engagement across marketing channels.

Already trusted by large, global brands, the business is now establishing its UK presence and building out its enterprise sales capability.

As the Founding UK Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead enterprise sales across the UK market, selling into complex, regulated environments and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on building the company’s UK enterprise footprint from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles with large UK and multinational organisations
  • Build and execute the UK go-to-market strategy alongside leadership
  • Engage senior stakeholders across legal, compliance, procurement, risk, and marketing teams
  • Navigate complex buying processes, governance requirements, and formal procurement cycles
  • Partner closely with product and leadership to shape enterprise positioning and roadmap priorities
  • Establish foundational UK sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Represent the business in the UK market, including industry events and enterprise engagements

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS within the UK market
  • Track record of success in regulated industries (e.g. legal tech, compliance, fintech, financial services)
  • Strong understanding of UK enterprise buying processes and risk-averse procurement environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Comfortable operating as a founding hire in an early-stage environment with limited structure
  • Commercially astute, methodical, and credible with senior stakeholders
  • Experience selling into organisations regulated by bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority is highly advantageous
