Product Designer
Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) – Remote first, London office (UK)
💰 £50k- £60k | ⏳ Full-time, 4-day work week
I’m working with a client who are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join their remote-first UK team building an AI operating system for frontline casework. This is a unique opportunity to design visually polished, intuitive interfaces for frontline teams delivering essential services from employability and housing to wellbeing and justice, helping reduce admin, improve compliance, and enable more time for meaningful human work.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver strong, high-quality UI design across complex workflows and systems
- Think in systems, not just screens, and design experiences that make complex workflows simple
- Balance usability and aesthetics to create clear, intuitive interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver real-world impact
- Own your work and move quickly, making decisions with autonomy and clarity
- Simplify complexity, prioritising clarity and efficiency over unnecessary polish

You’ll also bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in Product / UI / UX design (e.g., Figma)
- A strong portfolio of visually polished, user-centred design
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in a startup environment and/or as a sole designer
- Interest in building tech that genuinely helps people
- Ability to design for complex systems beyond dashboards and reporting-heavy UI
